Russia saw this coming and bought around 100 old tankers and insured them themselves or through China. The tankers certainly aren't top of the line, but together with India and China, who aren't honoring the cap, this will have very little influence on Russia's income from oil.

Once again, the US is trying to control the world like it is 1992, not 2022. The global south no longer toes the US line.
