Right off the bat you're just wrong here. Corporations exist at the pleasure of the society. If they serve no good, we need not let them incorporate, we may break them up or dissolve them.

We the people (the gov't) set the minimum wage for companies. There is an ex-TREMELY good argument to be made that a company that requires wage-slaves (i.e. non-livable wages) to be profitable is not viable. Such companies are parasites to the society - only able to survive by extracting wealth from society through its employees drawing from the social safety net designed to help those who are unable to work full-time.

It is only because our government is bought by the private sector that we allow these parasites to do business this way.
