Right now Harris clearly has the momentum. That can change very quickly. In 2020 when she ran against Biden in the Dem primary she was completely underwhelming.
Once again it will come down to how much people don't want Trump vs. his opponent. Hillary barely lost. Biden barely won. To expect that Harris, a vacuous political marionette, will be able to go until election day without reminding the country of why no one wanted her in 2020 is a very long bet.
Trump currently is running a horrible campaign. I think he's a horrible candidate, but he ran a great campaign in 2016, and a pretty good one in 2020. Right now he seems unable to get his campaign mojo back. Maybe never will, and Harris will win. I don't expect that. I expect it will be close, like the last two presidential elections.
