Really? Hypocrisy much?

When the Soviet Union sent missiles to Cuba, the US was ready for WWIII until Kennedy and Khrushchev agreed that the Soviets would take their missiles out of Cuba, and the US would take our missiles out of Turkey.

That's Cuba. How about our neighbors in Honduras, Nicaragua, Colombia, Venezuela, Bolivia and Chile. We have overthrown or tried to overthrow all our "neighbors'" governments at some point. Those are just the last 50 or so years. We even invaded Canada. We're talking right now about invading Mexico.

Your hypocrisy is simply stunning.

The US is powerful, but not omnipotent. We seem to have forgotten that it is not 1991 anymore. If Russia doesn't want NATO in Ukraine - they will make sure there is no Ukraine for NATO to be in.

Russia is also not omnipotent. But they are powerful enough to do that as we are seeing right now.

A majority of the world's population is either neutral or on Russia's side in this fight. This is not WWII. Russia is not Nazi Germany and Putin is not Hitler.
