"Rapid results" are not always the best results.

Musk does not live for speed and efficiency. Musk lives for power and wealth. He spends enormous amounts of time and energy fighting unions to cut costs and speed production. One result is that Tesla factories are the most unsafe in the US.

Musk got "rapid results" but those results are injured and killed workers. Good for Musk, bad for society. The workers, their families, and friends' lives are damaged or destroyed. If the worker lives the public must pay for their disability pay for the rest of their lives.
