Annual flu shots never were vaccinations, because there is no vaccination for influenza (the flu). There are too many strains and yearly changes. That is why flu shots are only recommended for "at risk" groups. A 3-year-old doesn't need a flu shot, whereas a 90-year-old with a MUCH weaker immune system might be advised to get the shot. It depends on multiple other factors, most importantly co-morbidities.

Can you provide some links to your writings on the subject of vaccinations establishing you as an expert who feels entitled to tell others to "stop talking" about the subject?
