Please define "extreme athleticism" in the context of "a method to deal with anger that doesn't work."

I know I have a lot of anger (yes, from my childhood). I know from the Star Wars documentaries that this can lead to the dark side. I've seen everything else on your list of ineffective anger management methods except "extreme athleticism." I do a lot of sports my whole life up to this point. Thus my request.
