…or you start boxing, as I did after my divorce and something I’ve never, ever regretted (only that I didn’t start sooner). Almost anyone can box. Hitting something really, really hard; hitting it really well; feeling those strikes — that is some of the best “therapy” (physical or psychological) I’ve ever had. Of course there are exceptions, but most boxers are the nicest people outside the ring. I think that is not a coincidence.
