Once I stopped eating cheese and got over my casein addiction (why many people like cheese), I found all dairy cheese pretty disgusting, and some non-dairy varieties as well.
I mean seriously: Let's take mother's milk from another species, ferment it, maybe let it get more than a bit rancide, then eat it. Really?
Why the fuck would I want to eat dairy cheese? There are not magic ingredients in it that you can't get elsewhere. It is also fat to super-fat and expensive.
