No doubt a lot of Russian troops moved in around Kiev and Kharkov, and Ukraine won that ground back in the meantime.

Percentage-wise and defense-wise, Russia is holding a lot more than 28 Feb last year, and the trend is in their favor (not every battle for sure!).
