This article is not full of information. Your acticle certainly has some. I'll just point out one very clear point here: B12 is not produced by animals. It is a bacteria that is digested by animals that eat certain plants. Since 99% of meat in the US is factory raised, those animals are given B12. I cut out the inefficient middleman and just take a B12 supplement myself, just like I do by eating plants, rather than spending a fortune to raise crops to feed animals that are raised for slaughter. I just eat the plants.
