Not "yes and no." Just "no." Germans don't want war. Austrians don't want war. Czechs really don't want war. The closer you get to the front, the less the people living there want war.

This war would never have started if Ukraine had stayed neutral (as per their 1990 constitution). This war never would have happened if the US hadn't backed the Maidan coup. This war never would have happened if Ukraine had implemented the Minsk peace accords THEY signed.

Do you see any EU countries in that list above? Germany (Merkel at least) did NOT push for Minsk, so there Germany bears some responsibility for the war. But the biggest problem is NATO, and NATO is US foreign policy under a guise of joint action.

"We" (Europe not including Ukraine) are NOT at war. If you think you're at war, grab a flight to Lviv. I'm sure they'll be happy to give you a ticket to the front.

WE, the rest of Europe, were getting along fine with Russia before the war, no thanks to the US. WE are not at war.
