Not so dissimilar to Harrison Ford, except that Ford has been doing hot/cold performances since the 80s. I saw a YouTube video about it that had (IIRC) Ford's top and worst 5 performances. Willis appears to have forgotten that you have to give your fans a good performance now and then to keep them paying for the crap in between.
