Not for the average person, true.

There are many capitalists who invested in China to exploit their low costs and non-existant environmental laws in the last couple decades. Now China is slowly deciding that they don't want to be the toxic dumping ground for the west anymore.

BTW, Mr. Western Captilist, did you notice the small print on your Chinese company charter that says you must partner with a Chinese? Like Dubai, there is no free lunch in China.

Short-sited western companies have billions invested now in China, only realize (similar to India, but worse) that what they actually did was build up their competition.

These oligarchs' corporations' stocks will tank if they don't continue to grow, and China is putting the brakes on that growth. So for them, China IS a problem that needs to be solved.

And since these same oligarchs have bought western politicians, China becomes a problem for all of us.
