No. At least not yet. Israel killed more Palestinian children in a week than Russia has during their entire invasion. Every accusation against Russia for a specific war crime is for something that Israel admits on camera. Israel is committing genocide and ethnic cleansing. Russia - again, "so far" - is not.

The back stories to the most recent violence in each conflict are extremely different.

The only thing (to my mind) that is very similar is that in both situations there is not a "good guy" and a "bad guy" at the state level. Ukraine as a country is not a blameless victim. Its civilians surely are. Same with Hamas/Palestinians. Israel is committing war crimes since decades regarding Palestine. Russia is not that barbaric and lawless, but they DID invaded their neighbor. Whether their argument invoking the UN charter would hold up in an international court is not something I have the expertise to judge.
