Never listened to Tim Ferriss. The title "4 hour work week" hit me the same was a "7 minute abs." It is just a gimmick, a bullshit sales hook.

I just looked up the pod pro mattress. I can install central air conditioning in my 2 story flat for the price of buying a mattress for each of my three bedrooms. It is true however, that a central air conditioner won't gently vibrate me awake in the morning. I'll do without the new age "magic fingers."
