My wife has been doing YouTube for over 10 years. Her first channel has over 50k subcribers, in Czech. So I can relate to most everything you write here.

I do argue about your calculations for revenue, views and growth. My wife has channels in German and English now in addition to her Czech channel (that she almost canceled and left fallow for some years, but that is a different story). Your unique selling point in language, lifestyle and location(s) would not translate (pun intended) at all to English. So your estimations on growth and income are based on a false premise and (IMO) invalid.
