More importantly, how did the W. administration's foreign policy turn out? Massive success? Or dismal failure leading to the loss of (Brown University IIRC) 4.5-6,000,000 deaths from his idiotic "War on Terror"?

Not just by the way, it was W. who pushed - against the wishes of Germany, France, and many high level US diplomats - to push for Georgia and Ukraine to enter NATO. That led (see Stoltenberg's direct admission the other day) to the war in Ukraine.

Cheney as Bush's VP pushed Georgia to attack Russia. I'd bet that Georgia was given the same promises of "unending support" as Ukraine was given, but since Georgia is so tiny, the war was over in 3 days.

Obama made (IMO) his best foriegn policy move in the Iran deal. Trump made his best foriegn policy move in rapprochement with North Korea.

Note the changes in world with BRICS and the recent G20 statement about the "War in Ukraine." It won't be long until everyone in the world except NATO heads (not including NATO country citizens) sees US (pronoun, not country) as the "Axis of Evil."

The US is currently sanctioning 1/3 of the global population. Who do you think THEY see as evil?
