Morality is not universal. It is again hubris to claim that your idea of morality is universal.
The goal is equality. When everyone has equality, indifference will be a side affect. Like women in the US workplace is finally getting there. If you go to Eastern Europe, women managers are far more prevalent, because women have been in the workforce decades longer than in the US. In places like Romania in jobs that are male dominated in the US, like engineering, people are indifferent to the fact that women are 50% or more of the both the workforce and management. That is indifference as a result of equality.
Equal rights are not universal. It is a balancing act of priorities for and between different groups. Women and men have different needs. Women don't get prostate cancer, men don't get pregnant. Women want the right to an abortion. Trans women don't need that right. That is why biology makes a difference, and lumping trans women together with biological women on the issue of women's rights is self-defeating.
