Max, read the leaked OPCW materials. The gas attacks in Syria (two major ones) were both false flags. That is why the biolabs matter. For some reason killing people with bombs and bullets is OK, but chemical weapons is not ok.

So the US puts out there that, "We are worried that (Assad now) Putin will use chemical weapons, which would cross a red line for the US." And "just by coincidence," when the war turned against ISIS in Syria and 3 days after Trump said he'd pull our troops from the country, there is a gas attack blamed on Assad. I fully expect the same playbook to be used in Ukraine.
