Maher “got his mind right” after 9/11. Maher stated (correctly) that what the 9/11 terrorists did was not cowardly. He lost his show and became a pariah. The powers that be (TPTB) broke Maher. By the time Obama came on the scene, Maher had “got his mind right.” No more “back-slidin’.” No more “back-sassin’.” Bill donated to Obama and made sure everyone in his audience knew it. When it was Hillary’s turn, Bill went even farther making sure that TPTB knew he was their water boy.

Bill is now the “left wing” poster boy for the neocons. He’ll talk to Bernie. He’ll support “vigourous debate,” but only inside the very narrow spectrum TPTB allow. Maher has shown no signs that he’ll step out of line again. He got his mind right.
