If I had to bet dollars to donuts (or stator windings!) I'd say Paul works for Tesla either directly or he/his company does AI work for Tesla. Thus Paul would have a direct financial interest in Tesla stock/market share. That is more an "educated guess" than "speculation" based on his posts.
