Maybe you missed that part of international law, Ms. Alleged-Lawyer, but being part of the UN (which Israel is) means signing on to the Geneva Conventions created after the horrors of WWII.

Also in the UN charter are things like the laws regarding occupation, which Israel has breaking since 1967.

WWII changed a lot of things in international law. A lawyer should know at least some of these things. I'm an engineer and I know these things.

Claiming territory based on religious texts or what might have been the situation 1400 years ago is not a legal basis for claims in 2024.
