Bezos doesn’t control other countries (yet), so Bladerunner might not work out, as heavy industry in other countries will be cheaper than his off-world products. In that case, “Elysium” is more likely. The wealthy will live in off-world utopian colonies and import what they need from earth. “Gated Communities in Space.”

Currently “Elysium” seems more likely than “Bladerunner,” and rather likely in general. Welcome to the future. Do androids dream of electric sheep?
