I've "retired" multiple times already. By the time I reach retirement age, I don't expect to change anything, because I'll already be doing exactly what I want to be doing. I have only two or three more steps to get there.
In the meantime, I agree that the biggest change is to stop chasing money after my basic needs were met. That doesn't mean I'm not ambitious - I am quite- and yes, that is a bit of a dichotomy, but on purpose. There is not "one answer" for life just like there is not "one job" for life, even for people who only work at one company their whole career (not me).
