I've made multiple comments about Tesla's autopilot and both liability and fraud.

I think a human being needs to be at the end of the liability chain. If it is a corporation, then the deaths due to autopilot failing will become just a small price of production. See the Narrator's day job in "Fight Club."

To my mind, taking people's money for an "Autopilot" feature, promising to deliver by date X and then continuously pushing date X out and never delivering an "Autopilot" feature as verbally described by the CEO is fraud. I have not read the fine print of a Tesla contract, but the fact is that the CEO admits publically to autopilot working and will be delivered. He has not delivered and not returned people's money. To me that is fraud.
