I've been developing software for 35 years. I have done remote work, had remote work done for me and currently work in a hybrid environment.

It is my opinion that you are leaving a lot of money on the table having a pure remote workforce. All you are is the sum of your parts. Teamwork requires a team, and Microsoft Teams is not a substitute. It helps, but it is not a substitute.
