It is really not “the smallest problem” for some women. I work in engineering which is very male dominated. The sexism at some companies is really disgusting, and then on top of that if a woman looks good and dresses professionally you hear comments VERY much like in your story, and lots worse. When I see these women leave the company, I have to wonder if it is because they want to be judged on their work, not on their looks.
