It is not false. The US DID supply Iraq with weapons when they fought Iran.

We fomented and funded - to the tune of $1,000,000,000 per YEAR the Syrian Civil War (CIA operation Timber Sycamore). So it is true that Syria bombed the US backed and armed rebels (“Al-Qaeda is on our side in Syria”). Syria was not bombing itself, it was bombing the foreign invaders trying to take over their country.

You make a lot of references to Iran and their (IMO) backward and oppressive religious government. You do NOT note that Iran's revolution in 1979 was a direct response to the US and UK overthrowing their democratically elected government in 1953 and installing a puppet dictator.

The US has been trying to overthrow, invading and bombing the Middle East without declaring war since WWII. Not ONCE has our military interventions in the Middle East resulted in a peaceful, western style democracy. NOT. ONCE.

Yes, the middle east is complex. Western military meddling has only made it worse. I don't blame the US for all the trouble in the Mid East. Our meddling in other sovereign countries, particularly funding and arming radicals in those countries has ALWAYS made the situations worse. That IS on us.
