It is not a point of "political vaccum" or not. The US had no right to bomb in Yugoslavia, Syria, Afghanistan, Uganda, and very clearly Iraq II, etc. In Libya, the US got Russia's OK on the UN Security Council for very limited bombing, and then destroyed the entire country illegally.
