It is less prevalent than 20 years ago but your white trainers ("tennis shoes") will give you away. Europeans tend to go with street shoes or black trainers (now that cheap shoes made by near/actual slaves in the East have taken over the EU as well as the US).

The shoes and the voice will give away most Americans in Europe in seconds. Everything else is secondary.
