Israel put a full siege on Gaza, including cutting off all water, fuel, electricity and food after Hamas' 7 October attacks. That is collective punishment, and a war crime. Israel is restricting aide into Gaza. A war crime. Israel is not stopping (and in some cases assisting) Israeli citizens as they destroy aid headed for Gaza. That is another war crime.
