Interesting, but mostly beside the point. My point was and is: blockchain =/= (does not equal) cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency uses blockchain technology, but they are not one and the same. You can use blockchain without using cryptocurrency.

Your points about Napster actually underline my point. It was a P2P network set up to share information and be unbreakable. It was NOT set up to make money. Blockchain technology can be used as a P2P transactional functionality without a financial incentive. Thanks for making my point.
