In a nutshell: Yes. Ukraine should not have let the US use them as a pawn against Russia, but of course the people at the top of Ukraine are getting massively wealthy from this war, so they don't care. Just like the people at the top in the US. Their kids aren't going to die.

Unless NATO goes to war against Russia, Ukraine will lose. The more weapons we send, the more Ukraine will be destroyed before they lose.

If NATO goes to war against Russia, most likely we all die.

There are no good solutions here, just less horrible ones.
