In 2024 this fairytale is no longer believable. When Palestinians peacefully protest, they are shot and killed.

When Palestinians tried to live peacfully inside the open air prison that was Gaza before the current genocide and destruction of Gaza began nearly a year ago, they were subject to violent searches, and attacks at any time by Israeli authorities. The West Bank was only a bit better.

Sure there are violent Palestinians as well, but Israel treats ALL non-Jewish Palestinians with violence, oppression and unequal treatment compared to Jews. That is the reality we see every day on video for years now (long before 7 October 2023).

The fairytale that the Israelis, who are colonial occupiers, are the victims is false. It has always been false, but for a very long time it was possible for the colonial powers (the UK-based empired and now the US-based empire) to suppress the truth.

Technology has removed the possibility to suppress the truth any longer.
