I'm with @Roxana Anton on this. I have nothing foundational against the Roma (as they are referred to here in Austria), but my personal experience is that they leave whereever they stay looking like a dump, and they are involved in organized small time crime.

I have no expertise in how to solve the catch-22 of non-acceptance in modern society. I'm sure there are good efforts and mistakes being made on both sides.
