I'm way closer to sixty than to 30, so I thought I'd check how I'm doing.
#8 and #14 are very related. If your diet is filled with meat and other cholesterol sources (particularly trans fats from fried foods) you'll likely find you're soft above and below your waistline.
Exercise and vegetables instead of meat will firm up all things that get pumped with blood when you want to use them.
