I'm not from South East Texas, I just lived there. Maybe if I'd grown up there I would have loved it and hated Vienna.

I grew up mostly in Wisconsin and Minnesota where the weather and the culture are much closer to Vienna's than South East Texas'.

There were lots of other reasons why I stayed, but those two definitely played big roles.
