I'm going to guess this was said by uncircumcised men who felt guilty about masturbating. Whatever, it clearly didn't work with me. I mean...a friend said it didn't work with him.

Where and when I grew up all guys were circumcised, although not my dad. Where I live now most guys are not. I never really gave it much thought (but obviously enough to click on this link). I'm happy the way I am and not resentful of my folks, which I guess is fortunate for me because I'm not sure if "foreskin transplants" are even a thing.
