I’m back to weight lifting semi-seriously after a decade of other sports and going vegan over four years ago. Guys in them gym suffer cognitive dissonance cramps when I tell them that Seitan has twice the protein density of a sirloin steak with almost no fat and zero cholesterol (not to mention raising a sentient being in horrendous conditions for slaughter). In 2020 it is super easy to be vegan in an industrialized country.

#12 You are periodically confronted with the hypothetical dilemma of being stuck on a desert island with “nothing to eat but pigs.” The response “I’ll eat the plants the pigs are eating” is not allowed!
