I’m a big fan of forming habits. I work out 5–6 days a week 1–3 hours (depending on the workout) and keep that habit, while changing the workouts and exercises so they don’t get boring and my body doesn’t get too used to one pattern. It works for me along with everything else on your list plus a couple of other things.
I get a six pack at about where I am now (10–11%). I don’t get a chiseled look unless I’m under 10%, due to where my body stores fat.
