I'm 6'3" and when I fly international I fly business class for the lie-flat seats that fit even me (but juuust barely).

Lie flat means I can fly from Europe to the middle of the US on a Sunday and be at the clients on Monday without being a complete zombie. That is important as I'm almost always there alone to present or do technical work. An extra day or two to get over jet-lag is also money. Going home I can actually sleep most of the (short night).

Of course if you don't have the money it is a moot point, but the business class seats of 2024 are worth (to me) the several thousand more for the work benefits.
