I’ll give you a 9.8 for your floor exercise. You didn’t quite stick the landing.

A fine choice to start your routine with a double ambiguity! Engages the audience and leaves you opportunity for moral outrage and/or historical revisionism later! Really outstanding.

Excellent, if not original, execution of a double what-about-ism with a red herring twist following your open.

Starting your final run with real/faked ignorance makes for a very difficult transition to a “they’ll be alright if they are alright” finish. I think that’s why you couldn’t stick the landing. One logical fallacy twist too many.

Pro Tip: That lower back pain might not be a slipped disk. A somewhat common issue is a weak and overstrained gluteus medius that cramps and pinches the ischias nerve where it splits to run down the backs of your legs, either under or through the glutes. Hurts like hell and similar to disk pain, but can be fixed with proper stretching and massage and/or pulling your head out of your ass.
