If you think this isn't bipartisan you're fooling yourself, or you've been fooled and won't admit it. This isn't a "Houston" problem, it is a US problem. Do you see the Democrats running to fix this? No.

The Ds and Rs are both working for the same oligarchs. The Rs will do something terrible while in power, and then the Ds will NOT reverse it when in power, nor do anything positive. So decade after decade it is a slow decline.
