If you asked an average gun owning American, “Would you think it is right to preemptively kill your neighbor Bob and his whole family if Bob said he wanted to get a gun?” He’d say, “Of course, not.”

It is a testament to 70 years of ceaselss propaganda that so many of my fellow countrymen/women have dehumanized North Koreans to the point that preemptively killing a million people is equivalent to wiping out a nest of fire ants. Ants that will only bite you if you walk down the street to the nest and stomp your foot in it.

Segue to Chuck Todd getting his panties in a twist when AOC correctly points out that we have “concentration camps.” Some progressive pundits do as well. I think the outrage is due to the cognitive dissonence people suffer when trying and failing to contrast what we as a country have been doing for decades with what was done by Germany in the 1930s and 40s.
