I saw King Tut's exposition in the US about 1000 years ago as a kid. Really, really cool. I traveled to Egypt a couple of times in the 90s and it was one of the coolest trips I've ever seen. Luxor was astounding.

I also hope this helps bring some tourism back to Egypt! I may not agree with the Egyptian government on many things, but the Egyptian people I met then and since (one of my good friends is Egyptian) were and are wonderful.
