I write a lot of documents. I have written a lot of similar documents and so I break the task down into pieces and I do the similar and "easy" things first. Even though I've done this hundreds of times, the "hard" tasks get "easier" once I've done some of the "easy" things. I have a bunch of other steps I should put into an article on writing such documents.
