I worry about this situation as well. I'm a lot closer than most Medium readers in central Europe. Older people here still tell stories about Chernobyl. However, anyone who believes that Russia is shelling their own troops in a power plant that they control is either lying or delusional. There is virtually no scenario that makes sense why Russia would bomb themselves. All realistic scenarios say it is Ukraine bombing the Russian troops occupying the Ukrainian power plant.
