I understand you don't like Russia. Providing factually incorrect information doesn't help your case of demonizing Putin and Russia. If you have to lie, it makes your case look weak. If you didn't bother to check the information, it makes you look lazy or stupid. None of that helps your credibility when you point out something that Russia does that is bad (and there are plenty to choose from).

You are trading short term gain getting clicks on this article for long term loss of credibility and trust.

Russia did not pull out of Start, they just said they would scale back compliance, because the US does not let Russia check its nuclear sites as per the agreement. I've also read that Russia does the same. I don't know who started that pissing contest.

What is MOST important, is that Russia - Putin directly - said Russia will continue to adhere to the caps on nuclear weapons.
