I trained at home during lockdown. 90% bodyweight training. I did a lot more HIIT and balanced my workouts. This not only lead to more energy, but I got off a plateau I'd been on for some months.
Since getting back to the gym I've dropped weights. Clearly my ego pushing me to lift heavier was getting in the way of my gains. I'm definitely keeping that!
